Negotiating an agreement is a delicate balance between determining the level of risk that a client is willing to take. This 3 hour CE class will provide real estate agents with the information needed to deal with the negotiating challenges that agents and clients face every day. Learn a variety of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provide effective results for your client.

Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice.   Leave the class understanding the negotiating process and gain the knowledge to guide clients through the real estate transaction.

Steve is a State Certified instructor in his state of Rhode Island where he was a REALTOR and Broker in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut employing 100 agents in 6 offices.  He has served his Associations in many ways including, being State President, Statewide REALTOR of the year, sitting on the Board of Directors, and working as a continuing education instructor for the past 15 years.

NVBR will happily provide a full refund or transfer for cancellation or transfer requests received up to 7 days prior to a meeting. Because a seat is reserved in anticipation of your attendance; a fee in the amount of 20% of the original cost will be assessed for all cancellation or transfer requests received within 6-2 days of the meeting.  No refund or transfer will be given to those who cancel one day prior to the Meeting. No shows, i.e. individuals who did not sign in or out, who arrived late or left early or who did not show up at all for any reason are ineligible for any refund or transfer.
